Company Charges

Our charges are uncomplicated and 100 per cent transparent. There are no hidden extras and there is no call out charge. In addition all customers are made aware of our rates at the time they book their job with our 24-hour call centre.

Charges are per hour except those marked with a * which denotes Fixed Price work

Hourly Rates:	There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 17.5% VAT.
Day Rate Work:	Charges are based on a full 10 hour day and must equate to hours actually worked. The charge must be reduced pro rata if less than 10 hours are worked. Day Rates are based on the hourly charge less 10%.
Fixed Price:	Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to 17.5% VAT.
No Extra Charges:	Customers will not be charged for parking, the time engineers spend travelling to jobs, or the London congestion charge

Estimates:	† Estimates are generally non chargeable
Materials:	Materials supplied by Pimlico Plumbers will be charged at cost plus 20%. Collection time will be kept to a minimum - any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed 45 minutes.
Invoice:	An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, a breakdown of the cost of Labour, the materials used and the amount of the time spent onsite.
Payment:	Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.

† Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice.
