Terms & Conditions
The Prize Draw
- Entrants into the Prize Draw must be domestic homeowners within London and the M25 aged 18 or over. Commercial customers, landlords, or tenants are not eligible for entry.
- Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic for all domestic homeowners booking any heating related work or service with Pimlico Plumbers Limited (“Pimlico” and also the promoter of this Prize Draw, “Promoter”) before midnight on 12th December 2022. Heating related work is defined by any job that involves working directly on a heating system within a property.
- Employees and sub-contractors (and their families) of Pimlico are not eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
- Pimlico reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
- Any question regarding eligibility for this promotion will be determined by Pimlico whose decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize consists of payment of the winner’s gas and/or electricity energy bills only for three (3) months up to the maximum value of £2,000 (two thousand pounds) cumulatively across the three (3) month period, subject to eligibility and the terms and conditions set out below:
- The winner must be paying domestic energy bills in respect of a property located within London and the M25 and have made all payments to their gas and/or electricity supplier due at the time of entry into the Prize Draw.
- The Promoter will not pay any energy bills arrears or outstanding energy bills existing at the time of entry into the Prize Draw.
- Payment will be calculated by the Promoter based on the winner’s energy bills payments at the time of entry into the Prize Draw and will be made by BACS in the name of the winner only. The Promoter shall require documentary evidence of the domestic energy bill payments made by the winner in the three (3) months prior to the date of winner confirmation (“Domestic Energy Bills Evidence”). In the event that the winner provides the Domestic Energy Bills Evidence but has moved main residence or suppliers within the three (3) months prior to the winner confirmation date defined below, then the Promoter shall in its sole discretion determine the amount to be paid to the winner based on any other evidence of energy bill payments which can be given by the winner.
- Where the winner has a joint electricity and gas account with another individual/s for the residence, the Promoter will pay an amount calculated on the full amount of the monthly payment due, and not just the winner’s share. In the event that the winner’s monthly payments increase following submission of the Domestic Energy Bills Evidence, the Promoter shall have no obligation to make any additional payments to cover any such increase.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred by the winner or which are related to the winner’s domestic bills. The prize includes payment of electricity and/or gas bills only and specifically excludes all other household bills including, but not limited to, council tax, broadband and TV licence, insurance, groceries and/or furniture shopping.
- The winner will be chosen at random on the 14th December 2022 and will be notified via email on the 16th December 2022. If the winner does not acknowledge notification of their win or declines to accept these terms and conditions within five (5) days of being notified, the prize shall be forfeited without any compensation being payable and the prize will be given to another participant chosen at random.
- The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s photograph and winning comment/story for marketing purposes. By accepting the prize, you agree, if you are the winner, to your name being shared on social media and otherwise used for marketing purposes and to providing a picture of yourself and a statement to the Promoter for use in associated publicity relating to this Prize Draw.
