"I had a new boiler installed today by Kelly Bennett. He was friendly, knowledgeable, clearly expert on this and with a very positive attitude. The work was done effectively and very professionally. He spent a few hours in the kitchen dealing with the issue in question as well as helping with a couple of things which were not a part of the project (bathroom lights etc). At the end he cleaned up the place leaving the kitchen in exactly the same state as before. It was generally a very positive experience working with a person who combined professionalism and a friendly, positive, can-so attitude.
