We offer plumbing, heating, drainage, electrics, appliances, carpentry, locksmiths, roofing, building and a range of business services, to offer the complete property maintenance service. All of our engineers are fully qualified and experienced in their trades and offer a high standard of workmanship.

24 HOURS

Whenever you phone our 24hr manned call centre in London, our helpful staff will deal with your inquiry quickly and efficiently. An engineer can usually be with you within the hour if required, alternatively a booking will be made to suit your time schedule.

COMPANY CHARGES

Work is carried out on an hourly rate, or a fixed price can be given for larger jobs. Our rates are completely transparent and a full schedule is shown on our company charges page, and all invoices show a full breakdown on how your job has been costed.

ESTIMATES

Estimates may be non chargeable at the company's discretion. Any chargeable estimate will be completely refunded when you place that work with us.

One of our experienced estimators can provide you with an accurate and detailed description of the estimate which will include a fully costed schedule of the works, designed to create as little disruption to you as possible.
