"I never thought that I would ever say this about plumbers but dealing with your firm has been a pleasant experience. The woman who took my initial call was polite,helful and efficient. The plumber, Andrew Davidson, turned up on 17 June on time;carefully went through what we wanted done and explained what we needed in terms of parts, roughly how much the work was likley to cost and how long it would take. He bought the parts, keeping us in the loop on what was availble and prices. His work was first rate:clean, neat and tidy with no spills.
