"We recently had a problem with our hot water. we initially thought it was the water pressure but was unsure how to raise it on our new boiler so we called Pimlico Plumbers.
I called them and with in two hours we had someone at our door.
Our plumber was called Stuart Dunn whom was very efficient, polite and a plesure to speak to. He made it very easy for me to understand the problems with our boiler by talking me through everything that was wrong with it in easy to understand terms.
Will be keeping Pimlico plumbers on speed dial incase of another problem in the future.

Andrew Davidson has just fitted a new, albeit plastic Water cistern, following a problem and arranged for one of you \"FEM411E\" operatives Liz to do a small carpentry job. The whole job was completed in 2 days, and the ability to be adaptable, with new materials into old locations is to be valued.

In April, Andy Davidson repaired a leak from my water tank in one afternoon that my former plumber had attempted 3 times over several months to fix. On the basis of this impressive performance, I subsequently arranged with Andy to install a new water tank, and also for the electrics to be upgraded - a job that Rikki Collins completed with care and unbelievable efficiency. Andy and Rikki spent several days in my tiny flat and they were a delight to have around: easygoing, funny, quiet, efficient, never intrusive. It seemed a good time to improve the storage capacity of my flat and for this Paul Wright measured and installed beautiful new wooden shelves in three closets. I now have easy access to papers and masses of other things that used to be crammed away in piles of boxes. "We recently had occasion to change some unsatisfactory light fittings in our London flat. This work was carried out by one of yours operatives, Peter Squires. I am writing to tell you that we have nothing but praise for the way in which the job was completed. Mr Squires adopted a positive attitude, allaying our fears that there may be insuperable problems in making the changes we wanted, whilst being clear about potential difficulties. No shaking of head or jobsworth sucking of teeth. His estimate of the potential time the job would take and the cost was accurate. He came equipped with everything he could possibly need – no disappearing for ‘bits’ at our expense. He was pleasant in manner. And most important, he did an excellent job which exceeded ou expectations. One gets so used to writing letters of complaints these days it is good to do the other thing for a change.
