An excellent, efficient and friendly service that takes some beating.
Glenn arrived on time, fixed the immediate problem without delay or fuss. In response to a question from me he then very helpfully suggested a solution to another problem that needed resolving and then proceeded to do the necessary work. At all times he was friendly and efficient. His visit was greatly appreciated and I know why I continue to use Pimlico Plumbers.

Really happy with the service I received this morning. Stephen Fry came out to repair my immersion heater after assessing the problem a few weeks ago. He was extremely friendly and helpful and explained what was happening at each stage of the repair so I was kept informed. After the job was finished, he offered to help me move everything back into the cupboard that we'd had to clear out, which was much appreciated. Stephen even asked if there was anything else I need help with as he had a spare 10 mins before his next appointment. As it happened I did have a query about the temperature on my shower; he was more than happy to look into it and after a quick tweak to a valve under the bath, the problem was fixed! Excellent, helpful service, I would definitely recommend!

Head office rang to inform me of the time the engineer was due to arrive to carry out the annual central heating service. The engineer, Neil was thorough, clean and efficient at his work, and easy to talk to. An excellent service. Thank you.

Josh came out at short notice on a Saturday afternoon to fix a leaking dishwasher pipe which had flooded our kitchen and which 2 different handymen had been unable to sort out. He thought carefully about the problem and came up with a permanent and professional solution, rather than a temporary fix. He was polite, efficient and professional. He then arranged to return later to sort out a terrible noise from our plumbing that we had been putting up with for weeks, again having been told it was just our Victorian pipe work! Highly recommended. We wasted time and money on less proficient tradesmen.

Exceeded expectations - very proactive
Darren Ing helped us solve a problem that we have been experiencing with our macerator since November last year. He identified an original fit out problem which has caused us thousands of pounds damage over the past 11 months. Result being the original 'design company'!! are coming back to do a refit and are going to reimburse our bills to date plus pay another bill for damage that we have caused to a downstairs office. This could save us approximately £8,000. Outstanding service.

Colin Greenwood is a great heating engineer.
Colin came to our house on Sunday morning 5/10/14 to fix the boiler which had low pressure. The conventional remedy was unavailable (the filling loop was impossible to find) but with persistence, ingenuity and long hoses, Colin managed to fill the system to the required pressure. We then found that the pump was seized but Colin persisted and it eventually came back to life.
At any time during the time Colin was at the property, it would have been very easy to say the job was too difficult and additional system work and new parts would be required. However thanks to Colin's positive and problem solving attitude, the system was filled and the pump restarted - leaving a family of 4 (two toddlers) with hot water that day rather than more days of no hot water and more hassle/time off work.
If everyone at Pimlico Plumbers is like Colin, then I'm a customer for life.

Customer Feedback - Dave Harris
Dear Pimlico Plumbers,
I would just like to pass along some feedback regarding the plumber who came to my home last week and again twice today.
Dave Harris came to repair a leak in my shower last week and I also asked him to order a new plug device for my bath. I found him to be professional, thorough and it was a pleasure to have him in the house. Unfortunately the leak was not repaired, and he returned again today. A few hours after he installed the new plug device and repaired the leak I called pimlico plumbers as I had questions about the sealant and how flush it was to the tile. I am very grateful for the speed with which Pimlico Plumbers reacted to my concerns as Dave was back to look at the shower within two hours of my call.
His reaction to being called back to review the work he had done earlier today does him immense credit. He reassured me that he was pleased I called and would always prefer the opportunity to reassure and double check if need be.
I really hope you can pass on my sincere thanks to Dave for his work over the past week. Fingers crossed, we have solved the leak in the shower. Thank you also to the staff in the office for organising his return visit today and to Sam for calling me advising me of his arrival time.

Professionalism at its Best
We recently found ourselves contacting Pimlico Plumbers after being let down by poor aftercare from a previous gas engineer whom we engaged to fit a new boiler.
When calling the Pimlico Plumbers call centre and explaining my situation a competent and very understanding young lady, who immediately knew exactly what the problem was. Within no time at all, she had arranged for a gas engineer to call at my flat precisely at the time and date that best suited me.
Stephen Fry arrived two minutes early on his first day and with his incredibly friendly attitude we very quickly established a good working relationship. Stephen spent some time assessing my heating system and gave me his professional opinion with regards to what needed to be carried out in order to bring my heating system back up to scratch. This included checking my boiler, power flush and replacing five radiators. I now have a heating system that is energy efficient and one to be proud of, just in time for long cold winter months ahead.
We found Stephen and his apprentice Connor Murphy to be incredibly processional, courteous, informative, punctual and totally trustworthy in all aspects of they’re work.
We cannot praise them highly enough and would without doubt recommend them and Pimlico Plumbers to anybody looking for professional trades people to carry out quality guaranteed building works.
