Dear Pimlico Plumbers,
I wanted to let you know about some outstanding service from one of your team. We had a leak occuring in our bathroom on Saturday 24th January. We had previously called out a local plumber on the Friday to unblock a blockage and this we think, although unblocked had resulted in a leak to the pipes in and around the area from the high powered jet ge had used. This problem came to light by our downstairs neighbour the next morning telling us water was leaking down her wall following us showering.The initial plumbers we had called failed to help and denied any possible involvement, they were even so rude as to put the phone down on us so we called you guys.I called your main number and was greeted by a friendly lady who did her best to shuffle jobs round so a plumber could attend ASAP as we were leaking onto our downstairs neighbour and were unable to stop it.Graeme Redpath arrived promptly and got to work straight away with an enthusiastic "can do" attitude. I have to say our house is a little complicated and not straight foward and he took this within his stride. It seemed nothing was straight forward however Graeme had a solution to each problem and assured us it would be resolved. On saturday evening it was decided to cut the flow of water for the time being and return on Monday to fix the affected pipe. Again no mean feat as we are a victorian property with limited access in a small bathroom.Graeme afain arrived promptly on Monday morning and managed to fix the problem and remained proffesional and calm throughout the whole process. Which could have been quite stressful. Particulary as I had just returned from A&E with prolapsed spinal disks so was not in the best of physical or emotional states.These things always come at once dont they ?!Graeme was clearly very experienced, as previous plumbers have been unable to quite figure out the plumbing system within our housing. He was polite, friendly reassuring and cleaned up after himself. He also took the time to patiently explain to my boyfriend and I the problems and the solutions in terminology we could understand and I appreciate this.He is an asset to your company and we will happy to be recomend pimlico plumbers to friends and family. Your engineer Dave Trevillion who called round Friday morning and spent five hours working on my boiler, was first class; he worked really well and was polite, friendly, tidy and patient in showing me how the system worked. I was most impressed by his quiet and systematic work and feel it should not go unrecognised.

Very professional, informative and friendly
I was really happy with Steve's service, I found him to be really professional and helpful and at each stage of the process he explained what he was doing and why. He made a point of showing me faults that he found with the boiler and explaining why that might be, which gave me piece of mind. Our gas needed to be turned off because it might be dangerous and he called the emergency gas man immediately (who arrived within an hour). The problem is now solved - very happy thank you!

Adam arrived within the hour as promised, diagnosed the problem about my lack of hot water and fixed it straight away. As one of your regular customers I wish to express my satisfaction with one of your engineers, Dave Trevillion, who carried out an annual service on my Vaillant boiler and cleaned the Magnaclean filter yesterday.
He was courteous and cheerful and I was particularly impressed with his professional knowledge, his thoroughness, his neat and tidy working method and his willingness to explain the process as well as answer my questions.
Dave Trevillion personally installed this boiler in 2012 and I think it is excellent when you are able to arrange for the same engineer to maintain and service it when requested.

Hi Pimlico, we've been using you guys for various works for the past few years now and have always been more than completely satisfied with works carried out. We have in fact this week had carpentry, Plumbing and electrics carried out. Firstly I want to say that all these aspects where carried out brilliantly by all your staff involved, however; I simply had to write in and express my wife Meral and mines overwhelming satisfaction in dealing with Trevor Smith the electrician. His professionalism, courteousness and down right "decent chap" attitude towards us is something you rarely ever see in modern customer service in any field. He truly represents the absolute best in his field and you are extremely lucky to have found somebody as brilliant as he is.
