We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to CEO

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to our CEO

This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to take a role which will never be boring and where the company would be open to their ideas of improving efficiencies, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and proactive administration support to the Chief Executive Officer daily
  • You will be the first point of contact for the CEO, fielding emails and telephone calls and dealing with queries promptly
  • Produce timely and accurate documents including but not limited to emails, letters, minutes, agendas, proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Organise meetings, book meeting rooms and arrange catering
  • Complete expense reports on behalf of the CEO
  • Be comfortable working alongside and communicating with C-Suite professionals, providing ad-hoc support when required


  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant/PA to a CEO for a minimum of 5 years
  • Experience and knowledge of the property development/plumbing sector is a plus but not essential
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, where at times you will have to keep many plates spinning
  • Can do, roll up your sleeve attitude, team player, problem solver, ability to prioritise
  • Confident, driven, and resilient, good sense of humour is necessary!
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Likes to get things done!
  • Confident using Teams and the full Microsoft suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal and a keen eye for detail
