Call Pimlico night or day with an emergency we will have an operative at your London property within the hour, or sooner. Our fleet of 160 vans are equipped with hi-tech GPS tracking systems so the nearest available operative to your emergency can be with you as quickly as possible.
All of our trades will respond to an emergency and if you require the services of more than one trade we will assign further operatives to you immediately.
Once the situation has been assessed action will be taken immediately to resolve the problem. If non-stocked parts and materials are required the work will be made temporarily safe with completion as soon as possible - usually the same or following day.
If further works that are unrelated to the emergency are required they can be carried out at our hourly rate or an estimate can be given for larger jobs.
We work cleanly and efficiently with minimal disruption, and will always ensure we leave your premises clean and tidy following our visit.
Our 24 hour London Call Centre can have an operative with you within the hour, day or night.
Workmanship carries a full written 12 month guarantee and appointments are made at a time to suit the customer

"I had cause to make an emergency call for your company’s plumbing services, very early in the morning.
The main problem was fixed but due to some stubborn casing around the later discovered leaking Stop Cock, it was agreed and planned that another one of your plumbers needed to attend a few hours later to fix that problem.

One of your staff was driving a Pimlico Plumbers truck with the license plate ‘FIX WC’ in front of me when the incident happened. Whilst the incident was absolutely no fault of his, he showed great kindness by stopping his vehicle and rushing back to help me. In fact, he was so quick to assist that he was by my side before I knew what had happened.
He then proceeded to help me up, get my bike to the kerb and sat me down on a nearby wall. He only left once he know that I was ok.
I am writing to you firstly to tell you that you have in your employment a very caring citizen who has given me renewed faith in humanity. Secondly to pass on my heartfelt thanks to this gentleman and to tell him that I really appreciate him stopping to help.
This may seem a little over the top to write to you for such a minor incident but please bear in mind that he was the only driver on this busy road to stop and assist.
