We can guarantee an arrival time within 1 hour for any emergency situation. Call Pimlico night or day and should you have an emergency on your hands we will have an operative at your London property within the hour, quite often within 30 minutes.

Our fleet of 160 highly identifiable company vans are all equipped with a hi-tech GPS tracking system so the nearest available operative to your emergency can be identified and assigned to your job as quickly as possible.

We have fully qualified operatives of all trades, including plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, locksmiths, carpenters, roofers and builders available throughout London 24 hours a day, 365 days a year who can respond when an emergency situation is identified. And if you require the services of more than one trade we can get another operative to you immediately.

Once our operative has assessed the situation, remedial action will be taken immediately to rectify the problem. If non-stocked parts and materials are required to complete the work it will be made safe and a temporary solution will be found, with the job to be completed the next day.

All emergency work will be completed in a way that causes as little disruption to you as possible and what's more our engineers will even clean up after themselves once the job is completed.

Quality Service

We offer a quality and professional service every time. Operatives turn up on time wearing smart company uniform, driving one of our fully equipped vans that bear our blue and white livery, they all carry company photo ID and they are all fully vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). They are mature, trustworthy, experienced, qualified and a majority have been with the company for many years.

Further Works

If further works that are unrelated to the emergency are required they can be carried out at our hourly rate or an estimate can be given for larger jobs.

Charges

There is no extra charge for emergency work meaning there is no call-out charge and customers are not charged for travelling time, parking, Congestion charge, and there are no other hidden charges.

Payment Methods

An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out and a full breakdown of the cost of Labour and materials used. Payment must be made in full by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
