I had a water leak at a flat in Bow. Within a few minutes of arriving Dave had identified the source of the leak and gave me clear, well reasoned recommendations as to how best to put things right.
The old chipboard floor and insulation had to be removed and replaced, as did the WC, bath taps and shower screen. I was keen for all of this to be completed before new tenants moved into the flat on the Saturday.
