Parts Collection & Delivery Service

Pimlico's parts collection and delivery service allows for our engineers to stay on the job rather than having to leave it to go and collect parts and materials needed from our depot or from suppliers.

Pimlico has BMW 'rapid response' motorbikes that allow for quick, easy and efficient collection and delivery of small spare parts and increase emergency response times to customers. As we are very conscious of our environmental impact the bikes are commuter class and emit half the CO2 emissions of the average car.

Our Volkswagen Transporter (T5) vans are also available to collect and deliver larger parts to jobs such as boilers, water tanks and radiators.
