Material Collection by Engineers

Pimlico’s engineers carry many stock items on the back of their vans. However they may need to leave the premises to collect materials and spare parts.

The collection of non-stock items is chargeable but please be assured that:

• Time spent collecting materials will be kept to a minimum & reasonable

• The charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed £60+VAT.

• The customer will be informed wherever possible when the engineer leaves the premises.

• If the collection time is likely to exceed 60 minutes the customer must be additionally informed of the circumstances.

• Only one engineer will leave the job to collect parts.

• The collection of materials which should be normally stocked items is non-chargeable.
