Last night I had the task of finding a joiner to go to my Aunt - Mrs Ivy Ward. Today my mother (Mrs Samuels) contacted you and you arranged to call on Mrs Ward this afternoon to look at and then repair/replace her front door. This wasn't easy as she was still at the hospital, however, you phoned my mother 3 times who by now was at my house feeling quite exhausted by all the phoning and arranging we have had to do this afternoon. Your telephone staff have been fantastic today.

You were brilliant and for that I thank you very much. We are in North Wales, so obviously we want someone extremely trustworthy to attend my Aunt and carry out necessary repairs. This we thank you for as you have made life today so much better. My Aunt at times isn't quite as capable as once was. Sadly this is because 2 years ago some extremely shady characters talked there way in under the pretence of a problem with the water in the street etc.... need I say more, and sadly she hasn't really been the same since.

Last Sunday during the early hours she suffered a fall in the toilet and was on the floor all night until a neighbour heard her calls for help, which is why we called you to sort out the damage caused by the forced entry.

After fixing the drain, he temporarily put a pipe for the water to evacuate outside of the drain while the cement was drying. He said he was going to come back in the morning to put the pipe back on, and he did. "I would like to place on record the wonderful service we have received from your two engineers, Mr Dave Trevillion and Mr Kelly Bennett.

We phoned last Monday asking for help with our hot water system, which had completely broken down. Within an hour, Mr Trevellion arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem, but more importantly, he suggested re-designing the chaotic layout of our utility room, which is housed in a small and (in this weather) very hot space beneath the roof.

On Wednesday, Dave and Kelly arrived promptly at 08.30 am, and they proceeded to remove a lot of Heath Robinson piping and construct a totally new piping system in the utility room. We previously had a cold water tank on an ugly wooden platform, a huge hot water cylinder, and a gas boiler. Dave and Kelly removed the hot water cylinder and the platform for the cold water tank, moved the cold water tank to the floor, re-arranged the water pump, installed a new gas boiler, and more than doubled the space we have in the utility room. They worked long hours in a small, hot, cramped space, and finished within a day and a half.

We are absolutely delighted with the service we have received from Pimlico Plumbers through Dave and Kelly, and have absolutely no hesitation in providing an unqualified recommendation for your company.
