" Hello Scott Sam Ashley and Daisy.
We am writing to say how wonderful it was of you to help a less well off family than yourselves. We hope you are very proud of your 2 wonderful children.
Whilst we do feel sorry for families on low incomes, and whilst they were very grateful for what you have done for them, we must say that there are families that are bigger in size with less income coming into the household, But they seem to manage or should i say they have to manage.
Whilst the dad seemed to know that it was the boys that needed things we are afraid to say that the mum came over very selfish about the money that you gave. To buy a laptop for herself instead of clothes for the boys...... We were disgusted that she could do that to her own flesh and blood.
Our 10 yr old daughter was watching the programme with us and she couldnt believe that mum could be so selfish so we hope from the comments she said to us that we have bought her up with the same values that you have bought your children up with.
We know you couldnt actually tell them what to spend the money on but with hindsight im sure you would agree maybe it would of been better to have someone to manage the money for them.
Regards To You All.

"Along with many others I was very moved by the helping others TV programme, Mr Mullins snr should be a proud father and grandfather to see his family portrayed in such a positive way, the programme showed compassion without being patronising, and the principals shown in their private lives I am sure are reflected in their business lives. I have long admired your company corporate profile and now know why, it stems from the heart. Many Thanks Kind Regards, Quentin Martin a future customer."

"Hello Scott
I just wanted to drop a note to you and your family (Sam, Ashley and your daughter) - to say me and my family were really touched with the documentary on channel 4 last night 'How the other half live'.
I have to say your family's display of kindness and humility really moved us. You have a wonderful family and as a family you were very generous to Brandon and his family. Scott your father has clearly brought you up very well, and from the success of your company you were kind enough to help another family..something I am sure your father will be very proud of. You both as a couple have two beautiful, well mannered and kind hearted children and I am sure they too will grow up as humble children, that will in turn make you proud.
As a muslim, we are required to give a percentage of our earnings to poorer less well off people each year, and we do this as it is one of the requirements of our religion. You and your family, did it out of kindness and it is really nice to know that people like you, who have done so well in life and achieved so much have given to others less fortunate. You and your family's generosity really moved me and my family, so much so, that I had to drop this note. I do pray that you rewarded with a lot more wealth and success in the future. I felt very proud to be British last night! Thanks.
Kind Regards
Sam"

"Hi
I watched your company on tv and I just want to say that you are an inspiration to the nation. Watching your programme has shown how honest, decent, well mannered and generous your family are. More importantly you have great morals which your children have learned. Your programme has inspired me to push myself into my own business and make it happen. As your dad said to you, if want the good things in life you have to work hard for it.
Well done and keep up the great work.

"We would like to say that we were very pleased with your staff David Hoar (4th August 09), Jane Graham (5th and 6th August 09) and Duncan Turton (5th August 09) for excellent service, very professional, efficient and punctional. Please thank them for installing our kitchen taps (David) and bathroom shower (Jane) the end results are excellent, no problems. Also thanks for answering our questions and giving advice. We would like to thank Duncan Turton the Electrican for all his hard work, without his professional input, it would have been impossible to have our shower installed. We have decided to always remain a customer with your firm as other companies are just merely "Cowboys" in comparision."
