"Just a note of appreciation for the prompt work you carried out yesterday at my flat.
Thought I’d let you know: Last night after the wall lights came on, the three Dimplex heaters swung into action at 11.30pm and warmed up all the rooms to keep the on-coming wintry days at bay.
Three cheers for the Pimlico expertise!

"Mathew Bedale came to my apartment last week to replace an air button and hose in my cistern in the bathroom and to repair the overflow pipe under the kitchen sink. Once again I am extremely grateful to him for doing an excellent job. He arrived on time, was well turned-out and immediately worked out what the problem was with the WC.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to him for another job well done (he did a previous job for me to a high standard in May 2008).
Can you also pass on sincere thanks to Katie, your receptionist, who handled my initial telephone call in an efficient and businesslike manner.

"I had an excellent experience with Pimlico and cannot recommend them highly enough. After my immersion boiler started leaking I put in a call and within an hour a plumber was on site, despite it being late afternoon on a Saturday. I even received a phone update when he was en route - a very pleasant change in this day and age. The plumber, Brian Grice, was fantastic - knowledgeable, quick and utterly professional - without doubt he is the best plumber I have ever dealt with - the guy deserves a raise. "

"I would like to put on record the very high quality of service I have received from your company.
The immediate attention to "emergencies" is amazing and I would especially like to point out the very loyal and considerate service I have received from two of your plumbers/electricians - Stuart Dunne and Rikki Collins. I thank you for this.

"Just wanted to drop a note to say how impressed I was with one of your colleagues Simon Clegg who has just finished resolving a problem with my shower mixer. Simon diagnosed the problem very quickly, and set about to fix it most efficiently. He even kindly took it upon himself to undertake a small repair on my loft door latch so that I can open it more easily.
Having had problems with my shower over recent months I am so pleased that Simon has now sorted the situation so that I can enjoy hassle free and most importantly warm showers at long last !!
He was really brilliant and Pimlico plumbers are very fortunate to have him on the team.
A big thank you - Simon

"I was very impressed with the service that I was given yesterday by your plumber who attended at my house to deal with a slight problem with a badly fitting toilet base. He was cheerful, efficient and came with all the right tools and parts. He found several problems, all of which he dealt with with a pleasant manner, and insisted, at the end of the job, on very carefully cleaning up after himself. He arrived precisely on time as I had been advised by your office and I was, as promised, telephoned half an hour before to let me know of his arrival. A very good service and one that I can recommend to everyone. "

"I too saw the documentary on C4 and was really touched by your family and their actions. That poor boy (sorry, can't remember any of the names), I'm confident, will go on to much better things as he gets older (what he is experiencing is character forming). Your family reminded me of a family I knew when I was young (a long time ago!) - wealthy, but grounded as they came from a working class background (from a Council Estate in fact, like your wife stated in the documentary to be from herself).

I thought it was a very very intelligent act to provide further money BUT in a Trust fund !! That'd stop the mum from making further computer purchases !! Much as I too thought she was selfish, I can empathize as she hadn't had any 'real' money for such a long time so went a little 'crazy' (I'm not for one second condoning her behavior).

I cannot state how much I thought your family were so well brought up, grounded and well rounded. Your children, incredibly well grounded were superb, as you and your wife are. People like you are a great inspiration and I admire you and your achievements enormously (personal as well as professional), and consider yourselves to be great role models.

Thank you !

Jez"

"Hi all,

I just wanted to say what a wonderful family you are. You are very kind for giving the O'Dwyer family money to help their troubles and to give Brandon and Marcus a better way of living. It was very well thought when Ashley brought up the laptop situation. I think I'm even considering becoming a pimlico plumber when I'm older. I'd love to work for such a well put together business. Well done Charlie!!! By the way......your villa in Marbella is the most fantastic one I've seen ever. I wish that one day I could have the money to own one of those. Before I end, I would just like to say, I would like to make friends with Ashley so I know I've got a friend to meet up with. Ashley seems like a very nice person to be friends with. And I would like to be his friend.

So to round it up again......Scott, Sam, Ashley and Daisy.........you are one of the best families I've seen."

"Hi Scott, Sam, Daisy and Ashley,

I just wanted to say how much I admire your generosity to the O'Dwyer family. I am a teacher in an independent school and didn't realise how totally sheltered I am from reality in the UK today. The kids I teach are very lucky (like Ashley and Daisy) and I will make sure that they all watch the channel 4 programme and see how they too, might be able to make a difference to another family. I thought that Ashley and Daisy behaved impeccably throughout and I hope that you are proud of their open mindedness and willingness to embrace friendships from all walks of life. I was particularly impressed by their reluctance to make rash judgements. Brandon strikes me as an incredibly intelligent and perceptive boy who might benefit from a full scholarship to an independent school? I do hope that the O'Dwyer family explore the options to facilitate the best possible education for him as he could become a highly successful entrepreneur - just like Scott's Dad! You restored my faith in the British public!"
