Dan has rung me at 11pm UK time on occasions to follow-up on jobs he is working on - way beyond the call of his duty but very helpful to me. He is thorough, patient and knowledgeable and has also provided feedback and advice on various things he has noted in the property that were not even part of his remit. "Have had difficulty knowing how to contact the company with a message of how 'totally outstanding' David Johnson has been converting one of our bathrooms . He really was a delight to have around, always keeping everything immaculate (and I was more than fussy re our specialised painted walls directly outside the bathroom, and the porcelain tiles we chose were very large and difficult !) - the incredibly efficient Dan for the electrics for 2 days - Dave was just SO efficient and did a wonderful job. So please, someone at your head office , do pass on our thanks etc. to the people concerned and to Charlie Mullins who employs them. Also, our thanks to Martin Conway who was often here and brilliant.

"While I have always found your company to be first calss, I have to say that Stuart Dunne is absolutly the best of the best. His knowledge and helpfullness can not be praised too highly. It is very refreshing in a world where tradespeople will often do the mimimum required to fullfill the task to find somebody who will literally go the extra mile to make sure you, the customer, are completely sattisfied.
