Estimate Administration

Our Estimate Administration team includes Senior Estimates Administrator Tricia McAllister, Estimates Administrator/ PA Louise James and Administration Assistant Katie Moore. They support the Technical Service Managers (TSMs) and also our 140 engineers by dealing with all correspondence regarding job estimates between Pimlico and our customers.

The team produce detailed estimates for customers, produce reports and carry out detailed breakdowns of estimates at the customer's request. They support our TSMs in order to ensure rapid and accurate delivery of estimates within 48 hours via post or email. This means that work can commence at the earliest possible convenience to the customer once the estimate is accepted.

As PA to the TSMs Louise assists our Gas and Quality Control Manager Pat Murphy with the management of Pimlico’s team of Gas Safe Registered Engineers.

Louise is responsible for keeping engineers records and files up to date to ensure that they are Gas Safe Registered and appropriately qualified to carry out gas work safely.

She also completes and submits all Gas Safe notifications for engineers who have completed particular types of gas work. All requests for engineers Gas Safety Certificates are dealt with by Louise as are any letters relating to Post Work Inspections.

The team's other duties include carrying out insurance breakdowns for customers, warranties/guarantees and handling all correspondence relating to boiler service reminders.
