"I wanted to provide some positive feedback on a visit by Dave Trevilion this afternoon. Our boiler had not been working for the past few days. Dave looked at the situation and was able to identify the issue rather quickly, and figure out how we can get our hot water back. He was efficient and explained everything in an easy to understand manner.

"Your colleagues Dave Taylor and Michael Winyard attended my home yesterday to carry out a CCTV Survey of our drains.

Unfortunately, they could not complete this as the drain cover could not be found.

Nevertheless, they were very helpful and clearly did all they could to locate this item. Frankly, I didn't expect doing business involving drains to be pleasant but they did their best to make it so. Please pass on my thanks to them both.

I am now in further contact with Islington Council and Thames Water - and have today asked a solicitor who deals with house purchase to advise me what to do next. I appear to be in no-man's-land.

As I have a rare lung disease - lymphangioleiomyomatosis - and rats under the floorboards of the two ground floor rooms of my house, as confirmed by Rentokil, I am naturally pretty anxious to solve this problem.

I'll be back requesting the CCTV Survey as soon as someone, somewhere, has located the drain cover on some ancient plan."

"My plumbing problem was neither difficult nor large but needed an expert to resolve. I called Pimlico Plumbers to see if they could assist me. They could and did very successfully. The plumber showed up (Dave) within half and hour, looked at the problem and solved it. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent and professional work. I would highly recommend them. Panic stations in my flat this morning - the bathwater wouldn't drain out and the sink was blocked too! Rang Pimlico Plumbers and a very helpful lady promised that someone would come within the hour. Glenn turned up right on schedule and set about clearing the blockage. It turned out to be a more complicated job athan expected, as some pipework in the kitchen needed replacing, but Glenn explained the options and much to my relief said he could carry out out the more extensive work straightaway. He went to get the parts and then worked non-stop for the rest of the morning to get the job finished. He was very professional but also very friendly, and I was impressed as always by the quality service which Pimlico Plumbers provide."
