Customer Feedback

We thank all our customers who leave us feedback, and allow us to display it on our website, and show it in the testimonial books we have in our office. By getting feedback we can continue to provide a quality service for customers in the future. Feedback is passed on to the operatives.

Below is a selection of some of the feedback left by our customers, and we are happy to be able to share the comments of our customers with you. We hope the feedback is as helpful to yourself as they are to the company and our operatives.

  • "I meant to drop you a line on Monday to say how blown away I was by y our service. All I wanted was my dishwasher packing up first thing on a monday morning with screaming wife and kids but your operator was a breath of fresh air - friendly, professional and got an engineer (Marco Boncimino) to us in 20 mins. My wife was barely back from the school run!

    I was cynical of PP as you look just too polished. I'm pretty handy myself and know great service when I see it so hats off."

  • "Lovely to see Dave Taylor on BBC tonight - I've been one of his nightmare customers (the ghastly drain problem he had to deal with, not me!) and can only say that the man is a hero! He can sort out problems that no-one else would even look at. I've moved house now so hope the drain nightmares are behind me, but will always call Pimlico first and ask for Dave if there's any sign of trouble in the new place. He's an ambassador for your company in every way - hope you put him on TV again soon!"

  • "On behalf of myself and my building contractor David, I would like to thank you and Brendan Falsey for the wonderful service received on the installation of the Monsoon pump today.
    Brendan worked so hard to make sure the job was done correctly, putting in additional hours that were unforeseen when you estimated. He was helpful, tidy and efficient worker who I would heartily recommend.
    Your Customer Services department are also to be commended for making the on-site arrangements so easy and straightforward.
    Please convey our appreciation."

  • "I wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for the speedy and professional job that you guys did in replacing our boiler earlier in January: it was great to have the work completed so soon after the problem arose and you guys clearly put a lot of thought in to an appropriate solution. In particular I would like to highlight that John Lees-Whitehead did an excellent job - he was reliable, painstakingly careful, did an extremely thorough and neat job (the lagging is a work of art!), and followed-up appropriately afterwards to ensure the refuse was taken away, the felt was applied etc. He even came in over the weekend to ensure the job was finished within the week (which given the cold weather, was hugely appreciated).

    While clearly not the cheapest option, we would definitely use Pimlico Plumbers again."

  • "Just wanted to email my thanks for the work you guys did on my taps at home today. Having called a couple of plumbers in already and them failing to turn up, or not being able to find a park (excuse) I am grateful to have for once had a tradesman turn up on the time he says he is going to turn up!!!

    I'm not really one to provide feedback - positive or negative but Kevin was absolutely superb! - clearly he was very experienced and took the time to explain what he was doing and why the taps were not working. Probably one of the best tradesman (definitely the
    friendliest) I have encountered in London - If I ever have to call again (given my shit flat this is likely) I would hope that the rest of your tradesmen are as professional as he is.

  • "This morning at around 10am I came off my scooter on Westminster Bridge Road. One of your staff was driving a Pimlico Plumbers truck with the license plate ‘FIX WC’ in front of me when the incident happened. Whilst the incident was absolutely no fault of his, he showed great kindness by stopping his vehicle and rushing back to help me. In fact, he was so quick to assist that he was by my side before I knew what had happened.

    He then proceeded to help me up, get my bike to the kerb and sat me down on a nearby wall. He only left once he know that I was ok.

    I am writing to you firstly to tell you that you have in your employment a very caring citizen who has given me renewed faith in humanity. Secondly to pass on my heartfelt thanks to this gentleman and to tell him that I really appreciate him stopping to help.

    This may seem a little over the top to write to you for such a minor incident but please bear in mind that he was the only driver on this busy road to stop and assist.

    Thanks and keep on employing people like him."

  • "I am writing to you with some positive feedback for a job that Dave Taylor and Steve Denham did on 18/01/12.

    We woke up on Wednesday morning to our bathroom flooded with sewage water because of a blocked stack pipe in the building we live in. Needless to say we were desperate to have the problem sorted as soon as possible. It would have been impossible for us to stay in the flat over night with the flooding continuing. The stench was awful and as I am currently pregnant I was really upset as it was not an ideal situation to find myself in.

    Not only did they identify the issue, get rid of most of the sewage in my bathroom (the shower cubicle was filled with sewage water which was spilling on to the floor) and fix the problem, they were also friendly, helpful and made one of the worst days in a long time a little bit better. Their positive and friendly attitude and helpful hand was very much appreciated."

  • "For the past two weeks, you have been replacing the boiler in my house.
    The work was mainly done by Lees-Whitehead and I wanted to tell you what an excellent job he has done and how helpful and nice he is. He was assisted in the first week by Sam who was also excellent and they stayed until 9 o’clock at night on Friday 6th January to get the system going, so that I could go up North to see my son who lives in Singapore.
    Lee also did work on Friday to finish up and was equally helpful and good.
    But it is John Lees-Whitehead whom we particularly want to praise and bring to your attention."

  • "Fantastic service and fingers crossed all radiators working for first time for 10 years.
    Sam replaced the boiler and fitted flue with minimal disturbance and was extremely nice to have around.
    The price estimate nearly caused a divorce but am hopeful that the efficiency of the workmanship will be lasting as well as our marriage!
