"This evening you sent out an electrician, Trevor Smith, who arrive well before the anticipated time. He explained to me the fault with my immersion heater, how he would rectify and explained the process throughout. He also cleaned up after completing the repairs. The invoice was thorough and the price was fair and competitive.
