"I just want to acknowledge what a great job Dave Johnson did for me last Thurday and Friday (the 3rd and 4th of April).
I had a water leak at a flat in Bow. Within a few minutes of arriving Dave had identified the source of the leak and gave me clear, well reasoned recommendations as to how best to put things right.
The old chipboard floor and insulation had to be removed and replaced, as did the WC, bath taps and shower screen. I was keen for all of this to be completed before new tenants moved into the flat on the Saturday.
Dave worked hard with a calm efficiency and got everything finished on time. I was very grateful to him for keeping me well informed of progress and of any issues that sprang up along the way. It was all done with a minimum of mess too. A genuine pleasure to do business with. Thank you!"
