"Our small bathroom was recently completely refurbished by Pimlico Plumbers in a job that lasted two weeks.

The job was allocated to Kevin Buckley and Stuart Luckett. Their attention to detail was truly impeccable. They got as much satisfaction as their ideas began to take shape as we did. They are a remarkable team.

They were as punctual as clockwork. They communicated throughout regarding the condition of the walls and pipe work, explaining what needed to be done, and also pointing out what improvements could be made to enhance the work. There was no pressure whatsoever to go along with any suggestion put forward. They encouraged us to bring to their attention anything that needed to be said so that it could be dealt with at that stage. The preparatory work was the major factor in achieving the finished result. Total respect was shown throughout for both occupier and property; with the area left neat and tidy at the end of each day. We found that they tapped into all their expertise in order to bring about the very best outcome for the space they were working with. They really strived to achieve the perfect finish.

We regard the quality of work we received as money well spent. Our bathroom has been transformed into a beautiful space for us to enjoy happily for many years to come.
