This is just a short letter to say how much my wife and I appreciated the services of Pimlico Plumbers on Saturday afternoon/evening when our Viessmann central heating system failed – not through its own fault I hasten to add, but as the result of an overloaded electric circuit that tripped a fuse.
The young lady who handled my call on Saturday afternoon was very helpful and soon understood that there was a degree of urgency in getting the heating functioning again on an exceptionally cold day. She therefore contacted Lee Freedman, who had installed the boiler initially.
I cannot praise Lee enough. We had already found him most obliging, and on this occasion he really went out of his way to help us. In my own work I regularly have to go that ‘extra mile’, and it was therefore so heartening to encounter a similar sensitivity and professionalism. Lee does the company much credit, combining great technical competence with the ability to establish excellent customer relations. Such qualities in one man do not occur routinely.
