"Dear Pimlico Plumbers, It's rare I would bother to email after I'd had some work done as I would normally feel it was enough to simply tell the person. In this instance having had numerous terrible experiences with a variety of independent workmen I genuinely turned to Pimlico Plumbers as I couldn't face the downside of being left with a job unfinished or badly done or the workmen being rude....etc. An electrician called Trevor Smith turned up. Positive, polite, helpful & genuine. And what's more....did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of his way to make me feel confident and at ease in my own home. It put the other people I'd had round to shame. I felt he went out of his way to do everything i asked and seemed to know and make it all look easy.
