Ian Manning is a brilliant plumber and I wanted to write and let you know and to thank Ian, Darren and supervisor Martin Conway for the major works carried out last year.
This last weekend the flat below was flooded in the kitchen area. Ian arrived on Monday morning, located the two sources of the leaking water and set about mending the leaks. He had to be quiet resourceful to identify a solution that would cause minimum disruption to our kitchen and bathroom. He achieved this. He callec in Stephen to work on the carpentry. They have completed an excellent job. The faults stemmed from the flat below.
