"We recently had a problem with a failed water pump leaving us without hot water in our family home. Brian Grice diagnosed and remedied the problem in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner. As the replacement pump was a specialist order he returned 24 hours later to install the new pump once he had sourced one. He always attended at the appointed time and carried out his work with the minimum of fuss. I had been hesitant about engaging Pimlico Plumbers as I had the (unfair) notion that they were a high price-low value operation. Suffice to say that I have already re-engaged them to carry out additional work at the property. "
