Came home - kitchen awash with raw sewage. First tried Able Plumbers (Should be called 'UnAble') who said they would come within 2 hours. 4 hours later, no one arrived. More raw sewage coming up through pipes.
Rang Pimlico - FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL call handler. Said she would ring me back in 10 minutes with ETA for a plumber. She didn't - rang me back in 3 minutes!
