My husband and I live in New York and have a flat in London that we rent out. Two weeks ago - at 1am New York time - I was called by our tenants and told that there had been a flood in our flat from the bath in the flat above and our ceiling was severely damaged. When I spoke to Gary on the telephone his cheery and professional response was just what I needed to hear 5000 miles away! A couple of hours later he was at the flat looking at the damage and emailing me an estimate. Luke was there a day later taking the ceiling down and charming my tenants who had just moved in with their baby and were pretty traumatised. Gary gave me regular updates on Luke's progress and sent photographs which appeased the insurance company and relaxed us.
