Before beginning a repair our engineers will first assess the problem and advise you on the viability of carrying out work on an appliance, compared to replacing it. We will not carry out unnecessary work which is not cost effective!

"Yet again, Pimlico Plumbers to the rescue! Yesterday our freezer stopped working. When this happened once before, we had a nightmare finding someone to fix it, and it took days. I suddenly wondered whether a call to 020 7928 8888 might fix it – and I found that you can.
Your engineer, Bryan Meyer, arrived at 11.30pm. He told me that his morning had started at6am, but he was still chirpy and had the PimPlum unfailing courteous manner.
The problem was, fortunately, relatively minor, and was solved quite quickly, and I got the feeling that it would be possible to let the defrost cycle solve it, but Mr Meyer was very thorough and continued to check every possible aspect, cleared all the ice and made sure that it was sorted and spic and span.
We are due to leave the house in someone else’s care early next week, and the thought of a major appliance not working was very stressful, which you have entirely solved.
