A couple of unfortunate leaks in the domestic plumbing at this flat have necessitated emergency out of hours calls (by our downstairs neighbour) to your company, followed by visits to this flat by two of your staff, Messrs David Hoar and Dave Johnson to put right the problem. The second visit was today and involved fitting a new toilet.
I wanted to write to say how much we appreciate the efficiency and courtesy of your staff. The work was done promptly, with little fuss and with consideration. Thank you and please pass our thanks to the staff concerned, including ‘Wes’ who came at 1.30 in the morning. Your office staffs are also easy and co-operative to deal with.
