Pimlico offers the services of specialist appliance engineers with the same rapid response and expertise of our other trades, thanks to our 24-hour manned call centre and the hi-tech tracking system installed in all our vans.

Before beginning a repair our engineers will first assess the problem and advise you on the viability of carrying out work on an appliance, compared to replacing it. We will not carry out unnecessary work which is not cost effective!

All our vans are equipped with a wide range of spares and materials, and, should we not have a specialist part available immediately, it is usually only a matter of days before it can be obtained and installed. "I am very pleased with the service provided by Pimlico Plumbers and their engineer Dave Freddi. It is great that calls are quickly answered by the firm's friendly staff, and it was a nice touch to receive a reminder call an hour or so prior to the appointment. The prices are very competitive too - I had been quoted almost double by a local firm! Mr Freddi attended my property on time and carried out his work with no fuss. He removed my old cooker, fitted the new one, tested the gas system, removed the broken extractor fan above the cooking space (this was his useful suggestion) and took away the old cooker. "Yet again, Pimlico Plumbers to the rescue! Yesterday our freezer stopped working. When this happened once before, we had a nightmare finding someone to fix it, and it took days. I suddenly wondered whether a call to 020 7928 8888 might fix it – and I found that you can.
Your engineer, Bryan Meyer, arrived at 11.30pm. He told me that his morning had started at6am, but he was still chirpy and had the PimPlum unfailing courteous manner.
The problem was, fortunately, relatively minor, and was solved quite quickly, and I got the feeling that it would be possible to let the defrost cycle solve it, but Mr Meyer was very thorough and continued to check every possible aspect, cleared all the ice and made sure that it was sorted and spic and span.
We are due to leave the house in someone else’s care early next week, and the thought of a major appliance not working was very stressful, which you have entirely solved.
