He listens to our explanation, he explains what he thinks could be causing the problem, he swiftly, cleanly and tidily works on the problem, uses Halstead to bring specific help to the fault finding, puts everything back where it should be and (hopefully now) has put us right.

From Martin who came to estimate a boiler change at our London flat to Kelly, a star in his own right, I was in the best of hands. A good thing, if you're someone like us that wants to be sure that there aren't going to any issues or problems after the work is done. I guess you do pay a bit more for this kind of service (though on par with British Gas, who are riding on the trust in their name, but you read over and over in the weekend papers ‘money’ and ‘consumer’ pages about how they subcontract out work to local plumbers etc), but boy oh boy, is it ever worth every penny of it. For jobs that require knowledge, skill and experience it’s Kelly’s heroes for me from now. I’m having more work done next year, remodeling bathroom and kitchen and I’ve already requested that Kelly does this for me.
