We had a blocked toilet at our NHS Doctors practice today, obviously being the kind of business we are we needed to get this sorted ASAP. I called this morning and a representative came round within the hour.
John Sayner was very pleasant, efficient and carried out the procedure quickly and with minimal disruption. He explained the problem to us and as a result, we feel we can claim back a portion of the money from the housing trust we rent the property from; as it was a whole building issue and not just the section we occupy.
